Removal Procedure

Note: Put identification marks on all hoses, on all hose assemblies, on all wires, and on all tube assemblies for installation purposes. Plug all hose assemblies and all tube assemblies. This helps to prevent fluid loss, and this helps to keep contaminants from entering the system.

1. Loosen hose clamps (1) and disconnect hoses (2) .

2. Remove bolts (4), the clamps, and spray bars (3) .

3. Remove cap (5), nozzle (6), seal (7), and strainer (8) from adapter (9) .

4. Remove bolt (10), adapter (9), and O-ring seal (11) from spray bars (4) .

1. Install O-ring seal (11), adapter (9), and bolt (10) on spray bar (4) .

2. Install strainer (8), seal (7), nozzle (6), and cap (5) on adapter (9) .

3. Install spray bar (3), the clamps, and bolts (4) .

4. Connect hose (2) and tighten hose clamp (1) .
