The Response of the Implements Are Slow Due to the Hydraulic Pump{5070}

Usage:

416E CBD
Backhoe Loader:
416E (S/N: SHA1-UP; CBD1-UP)
422E (S/N: HBE1-UP)
428E (S/N: SNL1-UP)

The hydraulic pump has a slow response on certain Backhoe Loaders. The problem occurs at activation of the implements. While the control levers are activated, the implements will hesitate for a short time. The hesitation is most noticeable after the control levers are neutralized for 5 to 10 seconds, and then after a control lever is activated. The implement hesitates for 0.5 to 3 seconds before the implement starts to move.

In order to resolve the issue, add one quart of 1U-9891 Hydraulic Oil Additive to the hydraulic tank.

Note: The 1U-9891 Hydraulic Oil Additive will need to be replaced after any hydraulic oil changes that are performed on the Backhoe Loaders.
