Removal Procedure

1. Move the battery disconnect switch to the OFF position.

2. Remove bolts (1).

3. Install Tooling (A). Remove bolts (2).
   Show/hide table

4. Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device onto grill (3). The weight of grill (3) is approximately 25 kg (55 lb). Remove Tooling (A). Remove grill (3).

5. Remove plates (4).

6. Disconnect cable assembly (5). Move the cable out of the way.

7. Disconnect cable assembly (6). Move cable assembly out of the way.

8. Disconnect cable assembly (7), (8), (9), and (10). Position the cable assemblies out of the way.

9. Remove cover assembly (11). Remove switch lockout (12).

10. Remove bolt (13). Remove disconnect switch (14).

1. Position disconnect switch (14). Secure disconnect switch (14) with bolt (13).

2. Install switch lockout (12). Install cover assembly (11).

3. Connect cable assemblies (10), (9), (8), and (7).
