在钥匙起动开关处于接通位置时，蓄电池通过断路器 #8 向前残余制动器机油压力开关和后残余制动器机油压力开关提供 24 伏电源。
当制动器油压增加到预定值以上时，前残余制动器机油压力开关 (4) 和后残余制动器机油压力开关 (3) 的触点将闭合，并向警告灯面板 (1) 提供 24 伏电源。 残余制动器油压指示灯 (2) 将点亮。
当油压处于车轮制动器的行车制动器部分时，残余制动器油压指示灯将点亮。 当行车制动器接合时，该指示灯将点亮。
