Installation Procedure

1. Attach a suitable lifting device to piston pump (19) and install the piston pump. The weight of piston pump (19) is approximately 275 kg (600 lb). Install bottom bolts (18) .

2. Install tube assembly (16). Install step (15). Move the hose into position and connect clip (17). Connect hose (14).

3. Install handle (13). Connect tube assembly (9). Connect hose assemblies (10), (11) and (12) .

4. Connect hose assemblies (8) .

5. Install muffler bracket (7). Connect hose clamp (6) .

6. Place manifold (5) into position. Install bolts (3). Connect tube assembly (4). Connect hose assemblies (1) and (2) .

7. Fill the hydraulic oil system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change".

End By: Install the muffler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Muffler - Remove and Install" for more information.
