  1. Install Tooling (A) to fan (12), as shown.

  1. Attach a suitable hoist and lifting chains to Tooling (A), as shown.

  1. Use the hoist in order to install fan (12). The weight of fan (12) is 340 kg (750 lb).

    Lower Hinge

  1. Install pin (13) and washer (15) .

  1. Install bolt (14) and the washer.

  1. Repeat Steps 4 and 5 for the upper pin.

  1. Install latch assembly (11), the bolt, and the washer.

  1. Connect three hose assemblies (10) .

  1. Connect electrical connector (8) .

  1. Install three bolts (9), the washers, and the clips.

  1. Attach a suitable hoist and lifting slings to cover (6), as shown.

  1. Use the hoist in order to install cover (6). The weight of cover (6) is 45 kg (100 lb).

  1. Install bolts (3) and (4), the spacers, and the washers finger tight.

  1. Remove lifting slings (5) and (7) .

  1. Tighten bolts (3) and (4) .

  1. Engage two clamps (2) .

  1. Close access door (1) on left side of machine. Repeat this procedure for the opposite side.

End By: Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect" for the machine that is being serviced.
