Radiator Top Tank - Install
Installation Procedure
- Use a suitable hoist and lifting slings in order to install top radiator tank (11). The weight of top radiator tank (11) is 23 kg (50 lb).

- Install two bolts (15) and the washers.

- Install hose assembly (16) .
- Install bolt (14), the washer, and the clip.
- Connect hose assembly (9) to top radiator tank (11) .

- Connect hose assembly and tighten clamp (10) .
- Connect hose assembly and tighten two clamps (12) .
- Slide the rubber sleeve over the tube assembly. Install two clamps (13) .
- Close access door (8) .

- Install screen (7) .

- Install four bolts (6), the washers, and the spacers.
- Attach a suitable hoist and lifting slings to cover (4), as shown.

- Use the hoist in order to install cover (4). The weight of cover (4) is 45 kg (100 lb).
- Install bolts (1) and (2), the spacers, and the washers finger tight.
- Remove lifting slings (3) and (5) .
- Tighten bolts (1) and (2) .
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to the appropriate Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure.
End By: Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect" for the machine that is being serviced.
