Assembly Procedure

Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

  1. Install valve body (21) on mounting plate (22). Install two bolts (20) and the washers.

  1. Install three plugs (19) and the O-rings.

  1. Install six O-rings (18) on valve group (17). Install valve group (17) .

  1. Install six O-rings (16) on valve group (15). Install valve group (15) .

  1. Install six O-rings (14) on valve group (11). Install valve group (11) .

  1. Install six O-rings (13) on valve group (12) .

  1. Install nine O-rings (10) on valve group (9) .

  1. Install fittings (6), fitting (7), fitting (8), and the O-ring seals.

  1. Install fitting (5) and the O-ring seals. Install fittings (3), fitting (4), and the O-ring seals.

  1. Install fitting (1), fitting (2) and the O-ring seals.

End By: Install the load sensing manifold. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Load Sense Manifold - Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
