Installation Procedure

Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

  1. Position load sensing manifold (20) back to the original location. Connect hose assemblies (18) and (19) .

  1. Connect hose assembly (17) .

  1. Connect hose assemblies (14), (15), and (16) .

  1. Connect hose assemblies (12) and (13) .

  1. Remove two nuts (11), the washers, and the bolts.

  1. Install three bolts (9), the washers, and cover (10) .

  1. Install five bolts (8), the washers, and cover (7) .

  1. Install three bolts (6), the washers, and cover (5) .

  1. Install two bolts (4) and the washers from cover (5) .

  1. Use two people to install cover (2). Install the remaining bolts (3) and the washers.

  1. Install two bolts (1), the washers, and the nuts.

  1. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7160, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the correct procedure.
