Load Sense Manifold - Disassemble
Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
- Remove the load sensing manifold. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Load Sense Manifold - Separate and Connect" for the machine that is being serviced.
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.
- Remove fittings (1) and (2) and the O-ring seals.

- Remove fittings (3), fitting (4), and the O-ring seals. Remove fitting (5) and the O-ring seals.

- Remove valve group (9) .

- Remove three plugs (19) and the O-rings.
