Load Sense Manifold - Disassemble

Disassembly Procedure

Start By:

  1. Remove the load sensing manifold. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Load Sense Manifold - Separate and Connect" for the machine that is being serviced.

Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.

  1. Remove fittings (1) and (2) and the O-ring seals.

  1. Remove fittings (3), fitting (4), and the O-ring seals. Remove fitting (5) and the O-ring seals.

  1. Remove fittings (6), fitting (7), fitting (8) and the O-ring seals.

  1. Remove valve group (9) .

  1. Remove nine O-rings (10) from valve group (9) .

  1. Remove valve group (12) .

  1. Remove six O-rings (13) from valve group (12) .

  1. Remove valve group (11) .

  1. Remove six O-rings (14) from valve group (11) .

  1. Remove valve group (15) .

  1. Remove six O-rings (16) from valve group (15) .

  1. Remove valve group (17) .

  1. Remove six O-rings (18) from valve group (17) .

  1. Remove three plugs (19) and the O-rings.

  1. Remove two bolts (20) and the washers. Remove valve body (21) from mounting plate (22) .
