Fan Guard - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure
Start By:
- Remove the hydraulic oil cooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic Oil Cooler - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
- Remove the engine side guards. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine Side Guards - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.

- Remove bolt (1), two washers, and the nut.

- Remove bolt (2) and the washer.
- Remove two bolts (3) and the two washers.

- Remove bolt (4) and the washer.
- Remove bolt (6) and the washer. Remove fan guard assembly (5) .
- Remove bolt (7), the two washers, and the nut.

- Remove bolt (8) and the washer under the welded nut.
- Remove two bolts (9) and the washers. Remove bolt (10) and the washer. Remove top left fan guard assembly (11) .

- Remove bolts (12) and the washers. Remove the right cover (13) .

- Remove bolts (14), bolts (16) and the washers. Remove bottom fan guard assembly (15) .

Installation Procedure
- Install bottom fan guard assembly (15) to the original location. Install bolts (14), bolts (16), and the washers.

- Install the right cover (13). Install bolts (12) and the washers.

- Install the top left fan guard assembly (11) to the original location. Install bolt (10) and the washer. Install two bolts (9) and the washers.

- Install fan guard assembly (5) to the original location. Install bolt (6) and the washer.
