Drawbar - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure
- Remove pin (1) .

- Remove nuts (4), washers (2) and bolts (3). Remove bracket (5) .

- Attach a suitable lifting device to clevis (6) .

- Remove bolts (7) and the washers. Remove the clevis and pin (8). There are two dowels in the clevis. Removal may require accessing center holes with a punch.

- Remove bolt (9), the washer, and the spacer. Remove pin (10) .

- Attach a suitable lifting device to the drawbar. Remove the drawbar.

- Remove pins (11) and block (12) .

- Remove bolts (13) and the locknuts. Remove bracket (14), wear plate (15) and block (16) .

Installation Procedure
- Install bracket (14), wear plate (15) and block (16). Install bolts (13) and the locknuts.

- Install block (12) and pins (11) .

- Attach a suitable lifting device to the drawbar. Install the drawbar.

- Install pin (10). Install bolt (9), the washer, and the spacer. Apply 4C-5593 Thread Lubricant to pin (10). Tighten bolt (9) to 102 N·m (75 lb ft).

- Install the clevis and pin (8). Install bolts (7) and the washers. Tighten bolts (7) to 270 ± 40 N·m (200 ± 30 lb ft).

- Attach a suitable lifting device to clevis (6) .

- Install bracket (5). Install nuts (4), washers (2), and bolts (3). Tighten nuts (4) to 270 ± 40 N·m (200 ± 30 lb ft).
