转向单向阀和安全阀 ( 1) 位于右前悬架油缸的后面。

转向活塞泵 (3) 位于变矩器左侧的发动机后面。

  1. 高怠速运行发动机。 向左或向右转动方向盘,直到接触转向油缸挡块。 之后,紧靠挡块继续转动方向盘。 将方向盘固定到此位置 3 秒后松开方向盘。 继续执行此步骤,直到转向系统内的油温达到至少 38 °C (100 °F)

  2. 关闭发动机。

  3. 198-4240 数字压力指示器 及 198-4239 压力传感器 安装到转向系统的测压口 ( SS) 上。 测压口 (SS) 位于右前悬架油缸后面的转向单向阀和安全阀 ( 1) 上。

    注: 主转向备用安全阀 ( 2) 具有高于高压切断阀 ( 5) 的压力设定。

  4. 将盖 (6) 从高压切断阀 ( 5) 的设定螺钉 (8) 上拆下。

  5. 松开高压切断阀 ( 5) 的锁紧螺母 (7)。

    注: 不要过于提高安全阀的压力设定值。 如果安全阀的压力设定值过高,可能会损坏系统部件。

  6. 通过顺时针转动设定螺钉 ( 8) 增加高压切断阀 ( 5) 的压力设定。 大约转动设定螺钉 ( 8) 1.5 圈,将会使高压切断阀的压力设定高于主转向备用安全阀的压力设定。 请记住转动圈数,以便使设定螺钉 ( 8) 返回原始设定。

  7. 起动发动机。

  8. 在低怠速下运转发动机。 检查压力表上的压力读数。 主转向备用安全阀 ( 2) 的压力设定值为 26000 ± 400 kPa (3771 ± 58 psi)

  9. 如果压力需要调整,停运发动机。

  10. 松开主转向备用安全阀 ( 2) 的锁紧螺母 (9)。

  11. 利用内六角扳手顺时针转动设定螺钉 ( 10) 1/4 圈,以升高压力。 逆时针转动设定螺钉 ( 10) 1/4 圈,以降低压力。 设定螺钉 (10) 每转 1/4 圈,压力变化约为 1575 kPa (230 psi)

  12. 重复步骤 7 到 11,直到压力设定正确为止。

  13. 当主转向备用安全阀 ( 2) 的压力设定正确时,将高压切断阀 ( 5) 的压力设定调回原始设定。

    1. 将设定螺钉 (8) 转回原始设定。

    2. 拧紧锁定螺母 (7)。

    3. 安装盖 (6)。
