V-Belts - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure
- Turn bolt (1) clockwise in order to loosen the tension on the belt for the fan drive.

- Use a breaker bar to release the remaining tension from the belt. Remove fan drive belt (2) .

- Loosen tensioner (4) for the rotary screen. Remove drive belt (3) for the rotary screen.

- Use a breaker bar to release the tension on belt tensioner (6). Remove the alternator and compressor drive belt (5) .

- Loosen bolts (7) and (8) on the belt tensioner.

- Release the tension on belt (9). Remove water pump belt (9) .
Installation Procedure
- Install water pump belt (9). Increase the tension on the belt. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belts - Adjust".

- Install the alternator and compressor drive belt (5). Increase the tension on the belt. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belts - Adjust".

- Install drive belt (3) for the rotary screen. Increase the tension on the belt. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belts - Adjust".
