Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the muffler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Muffler - Remove and Install".

1. Loosen hose clamp (1) .

2. Disconnect support bracket (3). Remove air intake hose (2) from the turbocharger.

3. Loosen two clamps (4) and (5). Remove tube (6) .

4. Remove oil supply tube assembly (7) and the gasket.

5. Remove two bolts (8) and two bolts (9). Remove oil drain tube (10) and adapter (11) .

6. Support the turbocharger. Remove four locknuts (12) .

7. Remove turbocharger (14) and gasket (13) from the exhaust manifold.
