Rotary Screen Drive - Remove

Removal Procedure

  1. Open the rotary screen door assembly.

  1. Loosen rotary screen drive belt tensioner (2) and remove drive belt (1) .

  1. Remove bolt (4) from belt tensioner (2) and bearing plate (3) .

  1. Remove bolt (5) from the hinged end of bearing plate (3) .

  1. Remove panel assembly (6) .

  1. Remove two bolts (7). Remove rotary screen drive (8) from the cooling package.

  1. Remove four screws (9) and drive dog (10) .
