(1) 隔板

隔板密封垫厚度 ... 0.196 ± 0.025 mm (0.0077 ± 0.0010 in)

注: 有关缸套伸出隔板顶部的高度资料,请参阅测试与调整, "缸套凸出量"。

(2) 主轴承盖螺栓

利用以下程序安装主轴承盖螺栓:

  1. 6V-4876 润滑油 涂覆在螺栓和垫圈表面上。

  1. 拧紧所有螺栓至扭矩为 41 ± 4 N·m (30 ± 3 lb ft)。

  1. 在每个螺栓和每个轴承盖上作一个标记。

  1. 将每个螺栓从标记处再拧紧 90 ± 5 度。

注: 安装主轴承盖,零件号朝向发动机前端。 确保螺栓孔附近轴承盖的标记(编号)与缸体的标记对齐。
