- 将轮齿 (1) 最高加热至温度 320 °C (608 °F)。 安装齿圈。

注: 安装齿圈时齿的斜面一侧应朝上。 如图 1 的局部放大图所示。 当飞轮安装完毕后，轮齿斜面一侧应朝向起动马达，以便起动马达能够正确接合。
- 将工具 (A) 安装到飞轮上。

- 如有必要，将两个 5/8-18 NF 导向螺栓安装在曲轴上，以便于对准。
- 使飞轮滑上导向螺栓。 确保曲轴上的标记 (2) 与飞轮上的标记 (3) 对准。 将飞轮保持在位，然后安装螺栓。 如有必要，拆下两根导向螺栓，然后安装其余两根螺栓。 将螺栓拧紧至扭矩 205 ± 27 N·m (151 ± 20 lb ft)。
- 从飞轮上拆下工具 (A) 。
- 检查飞轮的径向跳动。 有关飞轮径向跳动的更多信息，请参考测试与调整, "缸体基体"主题。
