Installation Procedure

1. Carefully install engine (15) and the torque divider in the machine with Tool (A). The angle of Tool (A) must be adjusted in order to install the engine and the torque divider in the machine. The weight of the engine and the torque divider is 2359 kg (5200 lb).

2. Install bolts (17) and the washers.

3. Install the cap (not shown) with bolts (16) and the washers.

4. Connect throttle linkage (14). Install the bolt, the washer and nut (13) .

5. Install the O-ring seal and connect hose assembly (12) on the primary fuel filter.

6. Install the O-ring seal and connect hose assembly (11) .

7. Install the O-ring seal and connect hose assembly (10) .

8. Install the O-ring seal and connect hose assembly (9) .

9. Connect battery cable (8) with the washers and the nut. Slide the rubber protector on the nut.

10. Connect wire clip (6) that holds the hoses and the wiring. Install bolt (7) and the washer.

11. Install the O-ring seal and connect hose assembly (2) on torque divider (5). Install the split flanges, the washers and the bolts.

12. Install the O-ring seal and connect hose assembly (1) .

13. Install the O-ring seals on hose assembly (4) and hose assembly (3). Install the split flanges, the washers and the bolts on both of the hose assemblies.

14. Fill the power train with oil to the proper level. The capacity of the power train system is approximately 178 L (47 US gal). Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7109, "Transmission Oil - Change" for the proper filling procedure.

End By:

1. Install the implement pump. Refer to Disassembly and AssemblySENR1811, "Implement Pump - Install".
2. Install the main drive shaft. Refer to Disassembly and AssemblySENR1807, "Main Drive Shaft - Remove and Install".
3. Install the bottom guards. Refer to Disassembly and AssemblySENR1811, "Bottom Guards - Remove and Install".
4. Install the hydraulic tank and filter. Refer to Disassembly and AssemblySENR1811, "Hydraulic Tank and Filter - Install".
5. Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Air Cleaner - Remove and Install".
6. Tilt the radiator guard and the radiator to the upright position. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator Guard and Radiator - Tilt".
