Radiator Guard and Radiator - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure

Start By:
- Remove the fan. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan - Remove and Install".
- Use Tooling (A) with a suitable lifting device to the radiator guard. Carefully return radiator guard and radiator (1) to the upright position.

- Remove bolts (2) and the washers.

- Remove plates (3) and pins (4) from both sides of the radiator guard.
- Remove the radiator guard and the radiator.
Installation Procedure
- Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to the radiator guard, as shown. Install radiator guard (1) and the radiator. The weight of the radiator guard and the radiator is 1258 kg (2770 lb).

- Install plates (3) and pins (4) on both sides of the radiator guard.

- Install bolts (2) and the washers.
- Carefully return the radiator guard and the radiator to the tilt position.
End By: Install the fan. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan - Remove and Install".
