Installation Procedure

1. Install sleeves (8) and (13) on the valve.

2. Install the lever. Install bolt (10) that holds lever (11) in position on the valve.

3. Install valve assembly (12) and two screws (9) .

4. Install clip (7) and bolt (6) .

5. Position the front cover. Be careful not to damage the thermostat capillary tube.

   Note: When the cover is closed, do not allow the thermostat capillary tube to be crimped. If this tube is crimped, the thermostat must be replaced.

6. Connect hoses (3) and (4). Tighten two hose clamps (2). Close front cover (5) .

7. Install twelve screws (1) .
