Installation Procedure

1. Install spacer (12), bracket (15), the two washers, and two nuts (13) on motor (17) .

2. Install wheel (16). Tighten screw (14) .

   Note: The fan motors and the fan wheels are not interchangeable.

3. Install bracket (18) .

Note: Plate (10) must be installed in the correct orientation.

4. Install cab fan motor (8), plate (10), the two washers, and two nuts (7) .

5. Connect the harness. Install clip (9), the washer, and nut (7) .

6. Repeat Steps 1 through 5 for fan assembly (6) .

7. Position the front cover. Be careful not to damage the thermostat capillary tube. If the thermostat capillary tube is damaged, the thermostat must be replaced.

8. Connect hoses (3) and (4). Tighten two hose clamps (2). Close the front cover.

9. Install twelve screws (1) .
