Crankcase Guard - Remove and Install

- Position Tool (A) under one crankcase guard (2). Remove eight nuts (1), the bolts and the washers.
- Lower crankcase guard (2) off the frame. The weight of each crankcase guard (2) is
36 kg (80 lb) . - If necessary, repeat Steps 1 and 2 for the remaining crankcase guard.

- Place crankcase guard (2) on Tooling (A). Raise crankcase guard (2) into position. The weight of each crankcase guard (2) is
36 kg (80 lb) . - Install eight bolts (1), the nuts and the washers.
- Repeat Steps 1 and 2 for the remaining crankcase guard.
