Disassembly Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the double check valve (service and secondary brake). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Double Check Valve (Service and Secondary Brake) - Remove and Install" for the correct procedure.

1. Position double check valve (1) on a suitable bench for disassembly.

2. Remove two bolts (8), one washer (9), and one tag (6) .

3. Remove base (5) and O-ring seal (7) from body (2) .

   Note: Body (2) and base (5) are not serviced.

4. Remove guide (4) .

5. Remove shuttle (3) .
