Problem:

Machines with extendable sticks built in January 1999 may have the 9R-2075 Hose retained so that it bends to sharply when the stick is in the full out position and the E-stick cylinder is fully retracted. See Illustration 1 at Position A.

Solution:

Reposition the hose clips and hose to the upper side of the boss.

Procedure

1. Loosen but do not remove the hose to tube joint at Position B.
2. Remove the 9R-1004 Clip (1) and the 9R-1005 Clip (2) from the boss.
3. Reposition the clips (1)(2) to the upper side of the boss and reinstall. See Illustration 2.
