Problem:
When submitting service reports and warranty claims on this system and related components, the correct fault code language is not being recorded. When the parts are sent back to the supplier for failure analysis, they are unable to duplicate the failure.
Solution:
When filling out the warranty claim report on the failure mode, the exact fault code language must be recorded so a proper failure analysis can be done.
