NOTE: | This Program must be administered either before or after failure. In either case the decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS46239" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. If administered before failure, use "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description code. If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code. |

PROBLEM
The existing electrical and hydraulic systems can fail on certain 794AC Off-Highway Trucks. These systems need to be updated to current production. If the existing electrical or hydraulic systems fails it can be difficult to repair because the existing design on these trucks is not well-supported. |

Parts are provided in kits by the Product Group through a Third Party and are not stocked in Morton. They have been shipped to the applicable dealer branch. If you have not received the parts, the parts received are damaged, or if you have any questions you will need to work with your Dealer TC to submit the information or question through CPI Feedback within the Service Information Management System (SIMSi). Give the information to your Dealer Technical Communicator (TC) along with this service letter program number and CPI number 411794. Request the Dealer TC to submit the CPI Feedback. Follow the instructions previously provided by the Product Group. Request the Dealer TC to submit the CPI Feedback if there are questions. |
