PROBLEM
The mounting nut holding the drive gear on the 350-9964 Pump may not have been properly tightened on certain 777G Off-Highway Trucks. This can cause the nut to come loose allowing the gear to misalign. |

Remove the 352-8912 Cover from the torque converter. |

Using a 1-1/8 inch deep well socket, tighten the nut to a torque of 110+/-13 Nm (81+/-10 ft-lb). |

Install a new 261-3062 Gasket and replace the cover. Tighten the cover bolts to a torque of 55+/-10 Nm (41+/-7 ft-lb). |
