| NOTE: | This Program must be administered either before or after failure. In either case the decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS45946" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. If administered before failure, use "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description code. If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code. |

| This program applies only if the Affected Product is equipped with one of the following Reman engines or Reman short blocks and only if the engine has 4000 hours or less: Engine Arrangement Number 20R4668 Serial Number HN400101-UP Engine Arrangement Number 20R1363 Serial Number ZK302000-ZK302099 Engine Arrangement Number 20R1362 Serial Number ZK202001-ZK202092 Engine Arrangement Number 20R1492 Serial Number ZK404000-ZK304019 Engine Arrangement Number 20R4666 Serial Number HN200101-Up Engine Arrangement Number 20R4667 Serial Number HN300101-Up Short Block Arrangement Number 20R6237 NH500100-Up Short Block Arrangement Number 20R6235, 20R6236 NH700100-Up Add one container of the coolant additive 8C3680 (US Only), or 2170617 (Rest of the World) to the coolant system. Additive should be reapplied if coolant is drained and refilled, for the life of the engine. Total coolant capacities very by application, do not exceed a concentration of 2% coolant additive to overall coolant volume for your application. One container of the coolant additive will not exceed the 2% concentration. |
