NOTE: | This Program must be administered either before or after failure. In either case the decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS45370" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. If administered before failure, use "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description code. If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code. |

PROBLEM
The existing Coupling Group can fill up with debris on certain 795F AC Off-Highway Trucks. If the existing Coupling Group fills up with debris it can restrict axial movement. |

ACTION REQUIRED
Refer to the Service Manual if/as necessary. Thoroughly clean the Coupling to ensure that all contamination debris is removed from metal components. Inspect Elements per Reuse & Salvage Guide SEBF9338, "Inspection of Rubber Blocks for 793F AC, 794 AC, 795F AC, and MT4400D AC Off-Highway Trucks." Measure and record engine crankshaft end play before and after installing the cleaned Coupling. Refer to Special Instruction M0079855, "Procedure for Checking Crankshaft End Play on Certain 794 and 795F Series AC Off-Highway Trucks." Refer to Specifications "KENR9187" "C175-16 Engine for 795F Series AC Off-Highway Trucks", Crankshaft -Type 1 and Crankshaft - Type 2 for crankshaft end play values. |
