The decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS53303" as the Part Number
and "7755" as the Group Number. Use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code. |

The existing 4732174/">473-2174 Auxiliary Gear Pump used for the vibratory, cooling, and steering systems can fail on certain CB14B Utility Compactors. If the Auxiliary Gear Pump fails, low vibration frequency, engine overheating and/or hard steering can result. |

Refer to Testing & Adjusting, UENR2015, "Vibratory Frequency - Test & Adjust" for Machine Systems to perform this test if/as necessary and see Special Instruction M0075386 Procedure to Troubleshoot Engine Overheating and Hard Steering For CB14B Utility Compactors. If the Vibration Frequency Test fails, refer to, Testing and Adjusting, UENR2015, "Case Drain Flow for Gear Motor (Vibratory) - Test". If the Vibratory Motor case drain flow is within specification, replace the 4732174/">473-2174 Auxiliary Pump with like part. See Special Instruction M0075386 for the procedure. |
