Description of Change: A shield for the hitch position potentiometer is now available. The shield reduces the chance of mechanical damage to the potentiometer and wiring.
Adaptability: The 179-8763 Shield and related hardware is adaptable to Challenger 35 (8DN), Challenger 45 (1DR), and Challenger 55 (7DM) Agricultural Tractors which are equipped with three point hitches. See the following table and figures for the required parts.
