The access platform work tool is now available for Telehandler machines equipped with stabilizers and three-section booms. These machines must be equipped with both an electrical circuit and a hydraulic circuit, that is compatible with the access platform work tool.

The access platform work tool can be installed on the following machines:

TH63 5WM1588-Up
TH63 3NN784-Up
TH83 3RN1072-Up
TH103 3PN530-Up

The machine electrical schematic for the TH63 and TH83 (RENR3407), and the TH103 (RENR3413) will be available in late 1999. Both schematics will incorporate the access platform work tool circuit.

This article provides the access platform work tool section of the hydraulic schematic circuits. This will provide a means of faultfinding until the full schematics become available.

The hydraulic schematics in this article should be used in conjunction with the current standard circuit schematics in the referenced manuals.

Hydraulic Circuit Schematics

The hydraulic schematics shown in this article include the existing joystick, directional control valve, and solenoid valve. The hydraulic schematics also show the new access platform control valve. Chart 1 lists the connection points from the access platform work tool circuit to the corresponding connection points on the existing standard circuit.
