New Priority Valve Spool Increases Steering System Flow {4306,4320}

Description of Change: The priority valve spool inside the steering pump has been changed to increase the amount of hydraulic oil delivered to the steering system. The increased flow will provide improved steering performance.

Adaptable To: The new 127-5014 Steering Pump Group replaces the former 105-5025 Pump Group, which is cancelled. The new 127-5014 Steering Pump Group is effective with CS-431C (9XL138-Up, 6EN133-Up), CP-433C (2JM233-Up, 1ZN126-UP) and CS-433C (3TM245-Up, 2TN180-Up).

The steering system flow on the former machines can be increased by replacing the existing components with the parts shown in the illustration. The new parts will increase the steering system flow from 1.6 lpm (6 gpm) to 2.1 lpm (8 gpm).
