Usage:
IT28F (1JL, 3CL) Integrated Toolcarriers Equipped With 20.5 - 25 Tires
Description of Change: On IT28F's equipped with 20.5-25 tires, a new hook assembly provides greater operation depth of Balderson Hydraulic Brooms when working on uneven surfaces.
Adaptable To: The new hook assembly (Balderson Part Number 188587), can be adapted to Hydraulic Brooms by replacing the existing hooks. The new hooks are compatible with other machine models and machines with smaller tires, allowing interchangeability.

Procedure
1. Remove cross straps (1).
2. Remove old hooks (2).
3. Locate new hook corners (3), to top of tube on frame (4), using the coupler as the fixture to assure alignment. Center the hooks on the frame.
4. Weld (A) locations, three passes, using .38 inch fillet welds both sides, two places, using E7018 or equivalent rod.
5. Remove horizontal straps (5).
