Description of Change: A new hose assembly is now used to provide additional clearance during engine oil filter installation and removal.
Adaptable To: The new 8W-3101 Hose Assembly replaces the former 9C-7335 Hose Assembly. The new hose assembly is effective with 772B (64W304) Tractors, 773B (63W4636) Trucks and 775B (7XJ326) Quarry Trucks. The new hose assembly can be used to replace the former hose assembly on earlier machines.
When installing the new hose assembly as a replacement for the former hose assembly, an addditional 8M-2773 Clip is needed to retain the hose assembly behind the oil filters. A new 098-5708 Cable Tie will also be required to replace the one removed when removing the former hose assembly.
