Description of Change: A new bracket is being used in the 9Y-8924 Turbocharger Support Group. The new bracket will provide additional strength and longer service life.
Adaptable To: The new 106-4679 Bracket is a direct replacement for the former 4P-4856 Shield Assembly. The new bracket is effective in the 793B Truck with engine serial number 2PK285 and in the 793 Truck with engine serial number 54Z959 and is adaptable to first production engines.
