Pre-Strikeoff Plates With Angled Deflector Available For VIP Screeds{6646}

Usage:

10' (2LF) VIP Asphalt Screed, 8' (2PF) VIP Asphalt Screed

Pre-Strikeoff plates with an angled deflector at the lower edge are available for the main screed portion of the earlier VIP Screeds. This deflector configuration is similar to the design used with the current 10-20B Extend-A-Mat Screeds. In some paving applications, the design may improve screed performance and wear plate life.

The plates are directly interchangeable with the flat-style plates used on the VIP Screeds currently in the field. The flat-style plates are still serviced. The charts provide the list of part numbers and order quantities needed for either the 10' Screed or the 8' Screed.

The new deflector-style pre-strikeoff plates are adaptable to 10' VIP Screed (2LF1-Up) and 8' VIP Screed (2PF1-Up).
