When reporting the repair, use "PI1332" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI1332" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.
Problem
The loader lever linkage may need adjusting to ensure the loader lever lock pin will prevent moving to bucket dump position. The 1062409 Pin for locking the loader lever may not stop the lever from moving to the bucket dump position. The pin is part of options, 1062404 Lock Group -Hydraulic Hand Control and 1234203 Option Arrangement - EC.

Rework Procedure
1. Install 1062409 Loader Lever Lock Pin - Transport.
2. Check for correct operation: With transport lock pin installed, it should not be possible to dump the loader bucket, if:
a. The transport pin is preventing the bucket from being dumped no further action is required.
b. It is found possible to dump the loader bucket, make the following adjustment.
3. Remove cab floor plate.
4. Slacken the TILT CONTROL ROD END LOCK NUT.
5. Remove PIN and detach TILT CONTROL ROD from the tilt valve.
6. Move LOADER LEVER towards bucket dump, until further movement is prevented by the transport lock pin. Hold the lever in this position.
7. Adjust ROD END to shorten TILT CONTROL ROD length, until it is just possible to reconnect it to the tilt valve.
8. Reconnect TILT CONTROL ROD to control valve. Tighten ROD END LOCK NUT.
9. Check for correct operation: With transport lock pin installed, it should not be possible to dump the loader bucket.
