Product Support Program For Installing A New Radiator That Allows Small Particles To Pass Through The Radiator Screen And Radiator On Certain TH62 And TH82 Agricultural Telehandler Caterpillar

NOTE: This Program can only be administered after a failure occurs. The decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS5277" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. Use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

Termination Date

Problem

The radiator, even with the radiator screen guard in place, can get plugged when handling some agricultural material on certain TH62 and TH82 Agricultural Telehandlers. An alternative radiator is available that allows small particles to pass through the radiator screen and the radiator.

1 - 1432802 Radiator

Action Required

1. Remove radiator.

2. Fit 1432802 Radiator.

3. Fill with antifreeze mixture.

4. Ensure that the machine is fitted with the latest fluted 1357719 Radiator Screen.
