Usage:
NOTE: This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI1328" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI1328" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.
Problem
The welds that attach the ROPS mounting pads to the main frame may crack on certain CP-323 and CS-323 Compactors. If the welds do crack, the ROPS may not function as designed in case of a rollover.

Group 2
Action Required
1. Inspect the welds where the ROPS mounting plates attach to the main frame. If the welds are cracked, rework per the attached rework procedure. Do Steps 1-20.
2. If the welds are not cracked, Use a Nasco or equivelent weld fillet gauge to check the size of the welds.
If the welds are 10 mm or larger, do not rework the frame. Steps 13-20 of the attached rework procedure should be completed. (Install new governor control assembly)
3. If the weld size is less than 10 mm, the frame welds need to be reworked per the attached procedure. Do Steps 1-20.

U.S. and Canadian owners will receive the attached Owner Notification.
Service Claim Allowances
NOTE: This is a 6.5-hour job to repair per the attached procedure.
In cases where there are no cracks and the welds are the correct size, .5-hour will be allowed if only the inspection is required.
1-hour will be allowed to inspect and update (Steps 13-20) the governor.
Parts Disposition
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
