NOTE: This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI3000" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI3000" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

The internal roll pin may break in the 1365912 Lever Assembly on certain 793C Trucks. The roll pin is what positions the internal detents to the sensor position that activate the hoists valve properly. If the roll pin breaks, the detents are not able to position the sensor and the hoist system may become inoperable.

Dealers will need to order parts for this Program.
Action Required
Remove the 1368458 Hoist Lever Cover. Remove the 1365912 Lever Assembly. Install the new 1457418 Lever Assembly. Install new 1368458 Cover (see Illustrations). Check for proper detent action before returning the truck to service.
