Usage:
NOTE: This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI1300" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI1300" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.
NOTE: This Revised Service Letter replaces the May 12, 1996 (Revised July 1996) Service Letter. Changes have been made to the Affected Product.
Problem
When operating certain 12H, 120H, 135H, 140H, 143H, 160H and 163H Motor Graders in temperatures below 0° C. (32° F.), failure to adequately warm up the oil in the drivetrain could result in unexpected movement of the machine (when not in park).

Parts Needed
Action Required
Remove dirt and oil from the surface of the transmission shifter console and install a 1356367 Film as shown in the Illustration 1. Also, place a SEBU7016 Warning Label on the inside of the front cover of the Operation and Maintenance Manual for each machine.
