NOTE: This Program can be administered either before or after a failure. In either case the decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS8671" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. If administered before failure, use "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "T" as the SIMS Description Code. If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

The 8W2066 Levers used to operate the hoist, turn signal, and retarder controls may not provide the expected service life on certain D250E, D300E, D350E, and D400E Articulated Trucks. A new 1333235/">133-3235 Lever is available as a direct replacement.

NOTE: D250E and D300E Articulated Trucks require a total of 3 levers. D350E and D400E Articulated Trucks require a total of 2 levers.
Action Required
Replace each of the existing 8W2066 Levers with a new 1333235/">133-3235 Lever. The new 1333235/">133-3235 Lever is direct replacement for the former 8W2066 Lever.
