Usage:
All 3406, 3408 and 3412 Engines
Description of Change: New thrust plates are used in the crankshaft groups on the above engines. The new thrust plates have a tab (ear) which extends beyond the outer surface of the plate. This design will prevent installation which can cause damage to the engine.
Adaptable To: The new 7N8947 Thrust Plates are a direct replacement for the former 4N849 Thrust Plates which have been canceled. Two thrust plates are needed per engine.
