New Gasket Used In Water Lines Group For Aftercooler {1380,1063}

Usage:

3306 Engines

Description of Change: A different gasket is now used in the water lines group for the aftercooler on 3306 Engines. The location of this gasket is at the oil cooler bonnet outlet. The new gasket has a 1.22" (30.99 mm) diameter opening. The former gasket had a .9" (22.9 mm) diameter opening. It was possible for the water to break small pieces off the former gasket. These pieces some times cause a restriction in the aftercooler and other small passages in the cooling system.

Adaptable As: The 2A3541 Gasket is a direct replacement for the 1F4738 Gasket in this application.
