Description of Change: Hardened washers and increased torque are now used on the bolts which fasten the circle drive group to the circle drawbar on 16G Motor Graders. Formerly, lockwashers and a standard torque were used with these bolts. The new torque with the hardened washers is 480 ± 20 lb ft (647 ± 25 N·m).
Adaptable To: The new 5P8249 Washers are a direct replacement for the former 3B4514 Lockwashers used on the circle drive group.
