Improved Service And Parking Brake Groups Have More Bolts{4267,4251,4250}

Usage:

772B, 776 Tractors;
773B, 777 Trucks

Description of Change: More bolts are now used to hold the brake anchor and ring together in the service and parking brake groups on the above machines. The number of bolts was increased from 26 to 35 per side on the 772B Tractors and 773B Trucks and from 44 to 51 bolts per side on the 776 Tractors and 777 Trucks.

The increased number of bolts in the service and parking brake groups will help prevent loosening which may occur in severe applications. It will also provide a better joint between the brake anchor and ring.

Adaptable As: The improved service and parking brake groups are in effect with 772B Tractors 64W168-Up, 773B Trucks, 63W1286-Up, 776 Tractors 14H214-Up and 777 Trucks 84A1342-Up.

The parts needed to install the new anchors, rings and plate are shown in the chart.
