New Exhaust Valve Lash Setting For G3600 Engines In Landfill Applications{1105}

To maximize exhaust valve performance in Landfill Applications ONLY, a new exhaust valve lash setting is required to allow for exhaust valve recession throughout the 2000 hour service interval. To insure sufficient valve lash, the exhaust valve lash setting has been increased from 1.27 mm (0.050 in) to 1.5 mm (0.060 in). This change is in effect from the factory with the above engines. This new exhaust valve lash setting should be incorporated in earlier G3600 Engines in Landfill Applications at the next service interval.
