New Gasket Used In Air Lines Group{1071}

G3412 (5KR, 8LW),
G3412C (6ZM, 9RR) Engines
Description of Change: A new gasket is used in the air lines group on these engines. See the illustration. The new gasket has an expanded metal core sandwiched between two graphite sheets. The use of the new gasket will help prevent air leaks from the joint between the turbocharger outlet air line and the inlet to the throttle assembly.
Location of the new 165-2066 Gasket (1) in the 112-9346 Air Lines Group.
Adaptable To: The new 165-2066 Gasket is a direct replacement for the former 112-9348 Gasket in the 112-9346 Air Lines Group on these engines.
